I really like these- I have them on auto ship. They are tasty, and they work to help me fall asleep. The only drawback is sometimes I’ll get a shipment where the gummies are realllllly stuck together and to the inside of the bottle which makes it difficult to get them out of the bottle.

I’ve tried a bunch of sleep gummies over the years and honestly, most of them either do nothing or leave me feeling weird and groggy the next day. These are the only ones that actually help me fall asleep and let me wake up feeling normal. They don’t knock me out like a sedative or anything, but I get genuinely restful sleep and feel way more consistent. No weird dreams, no next-day fog. Just sleep.
