Wow, These are Good!
I think these are the best chips/crisps I've ever had. They are thick cut and they come in all different sizes and shapes. No pringle uniformity here. Most of the chips are huge and they have potato skin on the outside! These are amazing! I'm eating the Salt & Vinegar right now and trying to stop since I should be in bed. OMG so good..

as usual, the front of the bag glorifies what is actually in the bag. the chips have a weird mouth feel, as if they are insidiously contrived. perhaps they have been mashing the potatos and then reforming the glob into a chip like shape? the chips are dusted with a mess of seasonings, including maltodextrin. here is the "seasonings" list: (flavouring, sea salt, citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, sugar, maltodextrin, yeast extract (yeast, salt). there is no vinegar in the ingredient list, which ought to tell the consumer that there is no way of telling exactly what is in the bag. misleading representation on the bag!! bummer, i so badly want to love all things Scottish.
