DH LLC 10pcs (10color) Stamp Seal Sealing Wax Stick with Wick

These burn pretty fast and work really well. I had been using wax sticks from Hobby Lobby, but they hardly stayed lit, looked awful, were runny, and smelled bad. This wax is a GREAT set and (by comparison to 1 other product) were a major improvement. The color selection was good and the price was good, too.

This came before I expected it. Packaged well. And are easy to use. The colors stay nice, and my daughter loves them, as they were a gift. I would recommend to a friend, if they were looking to buy them.

Purchased this set (was supposed to have wicks to them), but the set I got had no wicks. While disappointing, (and the reason I only gave it 2 stars) I am still able to use them, so added one star more, for a total of three stars. I personally did not feel it worth trying to send back and having to wait an additional amount of time to get what I actually ordered before I could use them. Would be nice, however, if the product I ordered was the product I actually would get. Will probably not order this again simply because of that error in order fulfillment.If you have a wax melting spoon, then I would definitely recommend the set (especially as you might get a set without wick), but if not and you really need sealing wax with wicks, I recommend you find another seller.Edited: Having purchased this set again, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that I got exactly what I ordered. All 10 sealing wax sticks had wicks, and they work perfectly for me. Due to this, I rescind my earlier comment and recommendation to find a different seller. I would most definitely recommend this seller to any who ask.

It's wax, it melts, what more can you ask?We used this for some seals and I have to say, the colors look great but the wax burns easily. Some of the colors, like the sparkly ones, don't emboss as well as you'd hope but maybe it's my technique. I think with more practice and figuring out exactly how much to use is key. I haven't reached that point yet so I'm hit or miss with seal quality. I did, however, end us not lighting the sticks and just used a small blow torch to melt it down. The wick doesn't burn hot enough to put enough material down before it starts to get hard.

I purchased these as a gift, and the person loves them. Good variety of colors, and quality.

I tried the stamps with a wick this time so I wouldn't burn out my lighters and I found that the wick takes too long. By the time I have enough melted on the page, some of the wax has already started hardening making it difficult to stamp. I'll be buying wickless next time and accepting that I'll literally be burning through some lighters while I'm at it. Otherwise, they have decent color. The metallic colors appear more opaque while the non-metallic colors are transparent enough that they will not completely obscure whatever they're stamping over.

Doesn't work so well. The wax sticks to the press which doesn't leave a good impression. I remember it being more like wax. This stuff is like rubber/plastic

Finally found a company that provides sealing wax of a high quality Was a gift my granddaughter wanted as she has always been enthralled with my seal that has the first initial of my given name,that I use with sealing wax for personal notes and letters. She's joined the real world now, and actually writes letters and notes, so she can use her " M" seal on the envelope in choice colors..can't do that with Texting.... brings a bit of human interaction back from a stagnant world of technical, progressive isolation. LOL
