This product has different ingredients and a different recipe than was was used in the past. I think they changed the formula. I only need 1/2 of one now which is a good thing because now I get more bang for my buck.

I have used this product for years and it is NOT habit-forming. At times, it is difficult to wake up when alarm goes off in the morning, I take HALF the tablet ... roll over and in 15 minutes, my brain is awake!!!!It totally works for me!!!

I did not like the feeling, somewhat light-headed.

Have always liked this product. Keeps my energy up when I starting to drag. Don't take after mid-morning, you could find it hard to fall asleep.

Meh, not much of a noticeable difference but that's not unusual for me. Probably works great for others though!
