4L60E Transmission 7 Piece Solenoid Set 2003 and Up GM Isuzu

I was having some issues with the torque converter locking and unlocking at speeds under 65 mph. It was difficult to figure out which sensor was causing the problem. Then I saw this kit, and decided that I may as well replace all of them while I had it apart, since it would save me the trouble and cost of dropping the pan again for another sensor if I was wrong. I know now that I made a great choice. In addition to clearing up the TC problem, the transmission shifts just like it's brand new.As for installation, I would say this kit is somewhere between a beginner and intermediate task. It isn't as simple as an oil change, but most DIY mechanics shouldn't have any issue with changing these. They install from the bottom of the transmission, and are held in with snap rings and a few screws. You don't have to take out the valve body - only the filter and the collector. All the sensors looked and fit identical to the ones I took out. The hardest part was getting the plug out of the top of the transmission so I could change the harness out - it took some tricky arm positioning, but I managed after a struggle. There are a couple of them that need to be taken out and put back in a certain order. They're the two near the collector. Just be sure to do this in a clean environment so you don't get foreign material in the transmission.As for fitment, this was the perfect fit for the 4L60E Deep Pan in my 2006 Chevy Silverado 5.3L. I highly recommend to anyone running this transmission, 2003 or newer, with either the deep or regular pan, who is having sensor-related shift issues.

No problems with this cat ordered it came in fast. It did not however fix my transmission but tore it apart found out my clutches were gone so not this kits fault it didn't fix it. But everything fit like a glove take the old off and put the new on and everything fit like it was o.m.e perfect

Didn't fix the tranny. But that doesn't make them bad parts at all, they all fit in just like the originals did. All the boxes where in good shape and the shipping was fast. 3/4 clutch pack were burnt out.

This was half the price of our cost as a mechanic and works just as good! Thank you amazon!
