There is then a stiff anti friction insert (smooth on the inside so no pain there) then two zippers run up the sides securing to the locking belt. And the middle one flips up over the locking post. The back has an access door but that may or may not work for true back stage access. (Depending on how far your jewels are from the dumper) but all zippers are locking and have anti pinch guards on them.If your thinking about it, just buy it it’s honestly more comfortable than underwear since it cradles the “jewels” away from sticky inner thighs.

Despite the quality of the material and finishings being excellent, the cut of thoses shorts is atrocious. The waist belt arrives above the navel, and the cut looks like it has been modeled on a generic female cut, not male, with very large hips, and high waist line. Does not correspond at all to the design shown on the picture.
