The media could not be loaded.  I needed a simple video camera but wanted a remote and this one had the features I needed at a reasonable price. I was worried when I saw the instructions but as I test I assembled and used it without looking at them and sure enough, its simple and straightforward enough anyone can use it. The video quality was better than I expected, sorry for the shaking but it was very windy that day. I did not have the external microphone attached for this one but I have for others and it reduced the wind noise. If you need a basic no frill camcorder that won't break the bank this one will do the job nicely. The zoom is not very strong but the picture quality stayed clear when zoomed as shown in the attached photos. Overall I am very happy with it.

Most people are not going to record at 720p 60 fps unless it's their only option for slow motion.The exposure compensation from -2 to +2 is a nice added feature.The external microphone included is also a nice touch.This camera also comes with a remote control, which I don't have a lot of use for, since I do a lot in post production. Although, it could come in handy for some vloggers that do not.The zoom, even though digital is quite clear.On the photograph side, there is a sharpness setting in the menu for even sharper photos.Pretty decent infrared option for indoor use.The Bad:The tripod screw hole is not the standard depth for cameras which leads to it being loose on certain tripods.When the macro and wide angle lenses are attached and you use the infrared option the lens casts a shadow on the right.There is no option to dim the screen which eats up battery power.They say the battery is suppose to be able to handle up to 2 hours recording video. I'm still on the first charge, but I'm not getting that much out of it. The infrared eats up the battery.The mini USB charging/data port. This camera needs a micro USB port. The media could not be loaded.  I picked up this video camera because I was looking for an affordable HD 1080p camcorder that I can use camping and around the home. The camera is so easy to use you don’t have to even read the directions if you don’t want. The camera has a flip out touch screen where you can interact with the settings on the camera as well at actual switches on the camera itself. The external microphone provides quality sound and a side benefit, you can remove it and use it with other devices. The wide angle and macro lens are easily removeable and have protective coverings when not in use. The IR Night Vision works really well. If you are looking for a cost effective camera, this one is for you.

I got this to use for making videos and as a webcam for live streams on my YouTube channel. I did not really want to spend a whole lot of money to start so this works out perfectly. The external microphone works well, the wide angle lens is also nice to have. very easy to use and not a lot of complicated options to have to learn and figure out.

Picture quality is good and its cool because it comes with an external mic with settings if your around alot of noise or your in a quiet room. Down side is it has a hard time focusing when moving around or moving objects close to the camera but for standing still or just filming events it works well. Another point is also its good in well lit areas, but in darker places it does get alittle blurry. But overall for the price you pay its a good start off camera with a nice mic and the wide angle lens helps big time. I use the wide angle lens 100% of the time and its nice and clear. Aldo a plus is that the screen flips so you can see yourself which is a great feature

The video camera was often out of focus even when on a tripod. There was also a problem with static electricity it appears. When using the video and the camera was touched the circuits would fail with the screen blacking out or changing to random colors. The video was then ruined and could not be saved or viewed. Moving the video to a laptop and trying to reconstruct it with video repair tools did not help. It was at that point a lost cause. This happened multiple times. At one point we accidentally touched our laptop with the camera causing the laptop screen and the camera screen to both blank out (very strange and scary). Fortunately the laptop and camera once restart both worked. Between the two problems we finally returned the camera.

The unit was well packed. I was surprised at how versatile the lens system was. The camera comes with a two piece lens adapter kit which, when screwed into the camera changes the camera lens from standard lens mode to macro to wide angle depending on the the additional lenses you fit.It is light weight and easy to use. I took a little while to get used to using the touch screen. The remote is larger than I expected but on the plus side, harder to lose.

Love the camera it pretty clean and nicely made, don’t feel cheap. The button are simple and quick to learn. Quality of the camera is good for a average camera. I would recommend getting extra batteries. Night vision is pretty cool and a nice feature. Also didn’t know the screen was touch screen which was also pretty cool. Would recommend if your loooing for a budget camera
