It is well constructed and easy to open and close with its electronic security system. The product can safely store valuables such as cash/jewelry etc but has limitations on document sizes.The product was purchased to securely store important documents and it only just does about the job. It is worth noting the measurements given are external and anything slightly larger than A4 (some legal documents) are not going to be stored flat. . The thickness of the safe door itself also lessens the interior space in respect of documents.

I give this 4 Stars as it has a vent, did not realise this until it was to late, I thought a safety box was supposed to be secure it cannot be a safe if it has a vent at the top.

I am afraid I was very disappointed in this. I suppose you get what you pay for. I was struck by just what poor quality it is. Poor instructions for taking off centre panel to set up.It 'looks' alright but I feel has no substance. Ok for storing things of medium value but could not recommend it for storing anything else.The lining was loose... floating about when opened ...cheap and not so cheerful. The whole finish was poor. The whole front was cheap plastic!!! I hate to leave a poor review but I do not recommend this at all.If it was not such a hassle I would return it.

The 8 mm expanding bolts supplied are ok but a 8 mm masonry drill does not allow the bolts to fit into the hole, maybe a 9 mm drill is required, but it may be too large ? there is no bolt fixing info mentioned in the instructions. I used another method, heavy duty wall plugs and large screws no problem, plus fixed into the shelf itself for extra security using blank topped bolts. Apart from that it is a nice little safe and well made. Handy for storing passports etc.

l ordered this safe back in April for myself.....and was very pleased with it the size and weight was perfect so in May l ordered another one for my daughter as usual it came just as quick as the first one so l unfortunely l didnt open it and decided to leave it past for a surprise for my daughters birthday when l was ready to wrap it up to give her it l opened it up l got a real surprise It was a dog grooming hair dryer A very good one l should add but something l do not in any way need l know it is far to late to send it back so l just want to tell people not to make the same mistake as me Just make sure you open your parcel when you receive it for myself l recieved it very quickly and was very pleased with it good strong safe just what l wanted so l order

my first delivery was faulty so a new one was sent to replace it. There were no issues and great customer service. The second one works fine and is good value for money.

Had this for a few months now. No issues getting in with the code and batteries. Extra key just in case you’re locked out. I open this every week to get stuff out/ put stuff in so am impressed it hasn’t broken on me!

Fitted this for my sister in law no problem fitting to wall and easy to program she is pleased with it.
