Perfect for home tandoori style chicken.
If you want the Indian restaurant chicken tandoori look alike, then this glaze is what you need. This is mainly used for commercial kitchens, so at home I simply placed the chopped chicken breast pieces into a freezer bag and then sprinkled the glaze in and massaged it right into the chicken like Nigella Lawson does on TV. If you leave the chicken in there for anywhere between about 15 to 30 minutes it will look amazing.
