Overall, this piece has decent value for the price. The material does have a cheap "plasticy" feel to it, but I'm hoping this might break in over time. I did have some issues with shipping, only 3 of the 5 boxes arrived on time - but Amazon did a great job accommodating this mistake. The overall look of the couch is nice, and I like how it does not need to sit far from the wall to be able to fully recline. It is also a very large piece. For $1000, you can't go wrong. The only concern I have is the overall durability of the material. It feels like it could tear very easily, so it might not be the best choice for those with dogs/cats that they allow on furniture. As far as overall comfort, it's somewhere in the middle. Overall, I think this is a good buy.

I am extremely happy with this unit. It is insanely comfortable. The end two seats recline and have a foot rest. The middle two seats have a foot rest but don’t really recline too much if at all. The “bonded leather” is much better than I thought it would be. It’s really a good deal for basically $1600. My only complaint has to do with the freight company communication and delivery. It was very difficult to schedule the delivery to my building’s loading dock. I gave the freight company the information well in advance, and then again the day of the delivery. They brought a truck that was too large for my loading dock. They basically dumped it in my loading dock and left. A wooden pallet with five boxes weighing several hundred pounds in total. It was wrapped tightly in plastic and about 8-9 feet tall with heavy boxes (94 lbs) on top. I had to get several very strong men to help me because there was no way I could deal with this myself. This was my only complaint. I love the product itself but the delivery was problematic.
