Giving only 3star just because of ...after follow the product making process the idli was not soft.

Stone hard bland idlis. Return of one packet appreciated.
The media could not be loaded. Used some other products of this company long before and found good.Obviously R&D was not done before releasing this product .Nor test marketing was done like some other smart companies.Bad quality and and tasteless.
