I returned the item because it came without all 3 cds and would not load.

I've used v. 4 of Winstar for years and it did everything I wanted. Technical support has been excellent too. So I highly recommend WinStar to both novice and professional astrologers.

My communications with Fei were a nightmare. Bizarrely rude on the phone, same with an email. And the software has always had issues. The last (recent) link I received to install the program had immediate problems. For one example, it left out many of my own natal aspects when I computed the chart.Thank God I'm familiar with my own chart and have older copies of it. I know the usual version of my natal chart is correct because I've had the same aspects in every natal chart I've ever ordered from anyone throughout the years, including professional astrologers, as well as any birth chart of mine chart I ever computed myself using Winstar, prior to the latest download of Winstar, ! Yes...I'm actually getting less natal aspects now on my chart - computed from my latest download of Winstar - than I used to get previously through the very same program. It's always something that needs tweaking with Winstar, and it's very tiresome.So now I have some natal aspects missing from my chart. This is only one example of what sort of issues come up with Winstar. And when serious issues arise then you're stuck between a program that has problems and their very rude "customer service"....The last communication recieved from this company was (as usual) hostile, then after sending the link they actually declined to help me any further, period. This would be almost be funny if it wasn't so ridiculous. I was already planning on dumping them in favor of a different software company anyway after receiving this latest download. I wanted this one last download since I was switching over to a newer computer and needed a new link. Was hoping the new link and newer computer would solve some issues with the program, and then maybe I could go without the rude "customer service" for a while longer, and thus put off buying a new software program for a while. Obviously though I should have dumped this company long ago. Never put up with rudeness, it will never get better despite any "second chances" you give to such people.
