This is by far the best garcinia cambogia I have ever had. I have purchased the scientific brand from Walmart. It is definitely NOT the same as this! Let me explain: When I first bought these, I thought that the price was a little steep, but hey the more you spend the better it is, right? Well, I was absolutely right! With the scientific ones, I had to take 3 capsules every THREE hours. With this one, it's 1 capsule twice a day! I hate taking pills let alone take THREE freakin capsules EVERY three hours! Plus with the other supplement, I was taking additional capsules just to get the same effect that this product. This is by far the best supplement that I have ever bought and I will continue buying this product as long as they are around. This curbs my appetite which is what I want. As this reduces the sensation of feeling hungry or the need to eat, u automatically readuce weight.. Taking this tablet atleast 30mins before ur meal, gets u full wit a very little amount of food.. And even if u want to eat, u will not be able to digest.. So this makes u to stop eating junk foods / extra food.. Which in-turn reduces ur body weight.. Used it for 30days, and i did reduce 4kgs.. (PST... I regular tp gym as well)..I would suggest ppl who are junk food lovers and ppl who tend to eat a lot / ppl who always feel hungry and tend to eat more, they can take these tablets..
