Very practical!
Being a bike commuter means I need to handle unexpected situation on the road, and the most common one is flat tire. This thing looks minimal and low key, but holds my multi tool, a Swiss Army knife (with sleeve — I can fit a few more stuff if I remove the sleeve), some glue and tire patches, 2 tire levers, a pair of thin gloves, some stickers (to mark the hole once I find it), and a small old towel (hands can get messy during repair work). They all nicely fit into this thing without squeezing too much, but tight enough to not rattle. I have multiple bikes, and this can be easily transferred from one to the other as all my bikes have bottle cages. Two opportunities for improvements:- As many pointed out, the zipper pull is on the side and can hit the calf. My solution, as shown in photos, is to use a Velcro strap around the zipper. It also serves as a reinforcement to the case, as well as a useful tool during repair work.- I hope the case is half or one inch taller to hold my mini pump. But it’s not that bad because I have already mounted the pumps on my bikes in other ways, and, it won’t have enough space for a pump without removing some other tools. It already helped me patch my tire on the roadside in one of the recent rides. Had everything I needed and was able to get back on the road in like 15 min. I personally prefer to patch over replacing tubes especially on the road, because one of my bikes is a commuter eBike that needs lots of effort to remove the rear wheel. Patching is much easier for me.

Simplistic storage bag.
The material of this storage back is nice foe this price point. I struggled with the decision of whether I needed a Frame bag, then I maybe a saddle bag behind the seat, and finally landing on this storage bag. Not a huge fan of the velcro strap look. What I like about this design is that it makes efficient use of the bottle cage which offers a simple storage solution. This is a good option if your bicycle has multiple mounts as you are sacrificing one of your bottle cages. Also geared for shorter rides where you may not be carrying a lot of gear. I was able to fit my multi tool, phone, and keys with space leftover for additional small items.

Seals contents pretty well, fits neatly in a bottle cage.
I liked the simple but neat looks, exterior and interior. Secures things well.

Great Tool Bag for my needs
In my 25+ yrs of cycling this tool bag is my favorite! High quality, well engineered, and meets my needs. Now that I’m not riding 2+ hr rides this tool bag fits perfectly in one of my bottle cages. Great value for the money!

UPDATE - Thoroughly pleased. Original concerns were unfounded.
UPDATE - change 4 star to 5 star.I have been using this for several months. The zipper has maintained its integrity. The thing has never come loose or fallen out even when the bike has been dropped or crashed. One bike has an old metal water bottle holder while my other bike has a plastic open side bottle holder. No problems with either even though the plastic holder originally made me think it would notremain in place.Thoroughly pleased.*******I was using an old water bottle to hold tools. Unfortunately, most water bottles have the thin neck and it is hard to fill it with tools.PRO:Storage bag held everything the bottle did and more. The kit stayed in place during some rather bumpy riding. One thing that might help is to use a zip-tie to hold the kit in place.CON:The only reason that I marked it four stars is because it does not fit very well into the water bottle holder. It works better if you turn the kit upside-down.The zipper seems rather cheap and flimsy and I wonder if it will fail. While a water bottle is water proof, this thing is not. Any riding through creeks or in rain and you will need to dry the kit.

Zipper failed, not rain resistant. But okay for price given it lasted a year.
Okay for the price. Not even a little water tolerant, I've now got a number of rusty wrenches :( I would have put them in a zip lock bag if I'd known. Zipper is hard to operate, and broke after a year.

Useful accessory
More useful than I expected. Most of my rides are under 50 miles and I'm rarely very far from water, so the second cage is better for storage. Allows me to ditch the handlebar bag and keep the weight lower.

Good product. As advertised.
I rated a 4 because it was a bit to small to fit my pump and tire. But if you plan to just carry a tube and tools. It is just big enough.
