I am used to taking probiotics, as I have had some medical issues in the past couple of years. However, the one thing I was missing (and desperately needed) was a probiotic/prebiotic that had fiber included. I no longer have my entire colon, so I really wanted to add fiber to my regimen to see if it improved my bathroom issues. The probiotics I used to take were only probiotics - no prebiotics or fiber included. So I found these and decided to try them. I must say, I am impressed!! I've been taking one of these daily for a few weeks now, and as long as I eat decently, it does what I was hoping it would do - basically helps solidify my poop so I'm not always riding the Hershey Highway (LOL). I will for sure be ordering these again when I run out - I am pleased with this product and feel like it is actually helping my poor little colon and my innards. Woohoo!!

So far I have been really pleased with how this product is effecting my body. I have tried a few different probiotics and this is by the far feels very gentle yet the change to my digestive system has been quite pleasant. These reviews are hard to write without sharing to much! I eat a vegetarian diet and I am significantly less gassy:) I feel like my food is being broken down and more of it is being absorbed (ie my trips to the bathroom have decreased). After taking this for about a week I had to have surgery which required me to stop taking anything supplements. A side effect of the pain medication is constipation, I was sent home with miralax. Nothing was helping until I took this again and all systems go! I am looking forward to seeing how this will help me after taking it for awhile.

Still using this product and still love it ...same results!!! I love this product.I have had a Health Food Store In the late 70's through the yrs. have used different products that really weren't all that effective. I tried this one and was totally amazed how well it works. Now my both brothers are using it as well with great results. I have re-ordered and will continue to do so!! I would rate this product a 10 if I could!!! One of the very best on the market today! You will be thrilled at the results. When I find something that really does what it's suppose to do... I must share it!! I have done tons of research and this one is a winner!! Love the fact it has fiber in it!! This one works you will be more then pleased for sure!!

I was looking for a probiotic and prebiotic combo when I discovered EarthFlora products. I have been taking one every morning just before my breakfast and one week in I noticed my stomach bloating and irregularity had stopped. I decided to quit taking my daily lansoprazole tablet and have continued to feel better. No more bloating, pressure and upper digestive pain. I love this product and haven't felt this level of relief in years.Update: May 2016This product remains a staple in my daily routine. I am having continued relief from bloating and irregularity after over a year of taking this. Only one capsule a day has resolved my issues, and Earthflora continues to be the best, in results and value.

After a couple of weeks of taking this, I feel less bloated after meals and especially at the end of the day. I am vegan, and because I eat a lot of fiber (vegetables, beans, and grains), and sometimes my tummy feels like a basketball! Since I've been taking EarthFlora Probiotics, I haven't experienced the basketball tummy. I have been taking it an hour before breakfast as suggested, and that seems to work well for me. I also like that it is time released, so I only have to take it once a day. My husband is also taking it, and he hasn't noticed anything. Perhaps it will take him longer to notice anything.

I have never used a probiotic, but with a dx of diverticulosis I thought it was time to try one (probiotic). I LOVE the results I have gotten by using this product. I did a little research on line about probiotics and I chose this one for 6 reasons. 1) it is a prebiotic 2) it is a probiotic 3) it has fiber 4) I only need to take it ONCE a day 5) I do not need to refrigerate it and 6) the price! Now I have a 7th reason, the results from using this product have been WONDERFUL!!! I reccomend this probiotic to ANYONE!!! I will never be without it!!

I had some issues with diarrhea after eating meat and I LOVE my meat. So I decided to buy these. I started taking them and my bowel issues immediately went away. Bacteria in our intestines and colon is what helps keep us healthy and digest our food properly. This really seemed to help grow more good bacteria since I have not had the problem ever since. I would highly recommend anyone having bowel movement issues to try it out.

This product has produced positive results in my overall 'gut' health. After many visits to doctors etc. I finally went to a nutritionist and a pre/probiotic was recommended along with some diet changes. I picked this product because of its ingredients, cost, storage and availability. The vendor is reliable and the transaction is as straight forward as it can be. I am totally satisfied with this product and as I said above my 'gut' tells me so.
