Very informative and helpful book
I liked it because it goes into the whys as well as the hows of losing weight with Chia Seeds. The one thing I thought it was lacking is the recipes. What was posted were variations of recipes I've found in other books, and only a few of them. I think some more unique recipes, both in quantity and variety.

Learned SO much about the chia seed diet
This is a nice quick read, absolutely packed tight with great info. I learned so much about the history and health benefits of the chia seed, including how to lose weight using the chia seed diet. It even has recipes!

Loved the book, learned a lot about Chia seeds
I didn't know anything about Chia Seeds, but after reading the book I now know how nutritious they are, and all the good they could do for you. I learned a lot, and I loved the book.

Very informative
This is a very informative book for all who wish to get a little healthy boost from this tiny little seed. If it had a cookie recipe I'd have given it a full 5 stars. Thanks for all the info. Loved it!!

excellent info
Chia is a super food which I previously didn't know a lot about tho I often added it to morning smoothies. Now I will be using it daily in other ways - thanks to this great little book. Bravo Amber!

Great little guide to the benefits from China seeds
I am going to try some of the recipes, especially the basic gel. The information presented is easily for anyone to understand.
