Sensato High FIber Hot Cereal (Vanilla Almond)

It's good. Not sure why something so low in carbs gives me a boost in energy but it doesn't spike my blood sugar and it keeps me full.

It's a great cereal, and it was "missing" for a while. This is a new brand, but believe it's the same product as I bought several years ago. However, the price is much higher than it was, even allowing for inflation. I love it, but I really cannot afford it. The "serving size" is small, so you probably won't get as many servings out of it as the package indicates. However, it is very filling, very satisfying, and needs nothing added unless you like a little cream on it. It is definitely sweet enough. I would highly recommend it, if price were no object. Also, be sure you refrigerate it once you receive it, even before you open it.

I really wish this had been better. Maybe I got a bad bag, or it was old, but the flavor was somewhere between rancid almonds and overly sweet cardboard.

Love the flavor of the product its delicious and really good and healthy for you. Also got the shipment quick and packaging was secure.

The wife loves it. Its ok, a bit bland to me.We don't really dig the other flavors, but maybe someone else does.
