Pretty satisfied
I unwrapped the net and it seemed pretty sturdy and it came with a mending kit if needed, and instructions. Now I did just put it out so hopefully it will be worth my money. The round bales I get are 41/2 by 5. There was plenty of room to put it on and I did it by myself. Horses r frustrated but hey I’m going through a round bale a week. Hopefully, this will slow them down. Do they not know there is a hay shortage! Smh. If I remember I will try to do an update in about a month.

Fit my big bales!
I purchased a round bale net about a year and a half ago from another website and it's starting to get some holes in it so I wanted to replace it. I'm happy with 4 horses and a year and a half lifespan. This net is bigger and fits my large 6ft bales MUCH better. I can't speak to durability yet but it seems about the same quality as the other one I purchased. At almost half the price of name brands I thought I'd give it a try and so far happy with the results! The other bale net I'd have to peel off the outer layer so I'm very happy this one fits over it so much better and even if it doesn't last quite as long I'll purchase again for that sole reason!Update: It might be slightly less durable than the one I bought a year and a half ago, but it's a slow feed net so has more string/ holes AND was cheaper. Even if it lasts 6 months less, I will purchase this one again every time because It fits over my large bales so much better!

Very stretchy
I love Hay nets. This is my 3rd one in 5 years. I still have one of my first 2. These help reduce waste and cost. My cows waste about 200-300 LBS of hay using other feeders. With hay nets they waste about 50 lbs of hay. The main thing I have noticed with this hay net is that it is very very stretchy. I could fit a 1500 lb round bale into this hay net. It is holding up to my cows for now. I put a bale in it on Monday and they have eaten half of it by today which is Friday (4 days later). With other feeders they would have wasted almost 1/3 of it by now. I will have to put out another round bale by Sunday which Is what I want . The old adage of “Waste not Want not” is very true with these.

Poor quality - didn’t last 24 hours
I bought this thinking it was a good price, not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. Put it on the round bale inside my one horse dry paddock around 9am and when I went out to feed my guy at 4pm it already had a huge hole ripped in it. My guy is not aggressive and is used to eating out of slow feed hay bags and has never torn one up before… there is really no reason it should have been so easily destroyed.

WORTH EVERY PENNY
Very easy to throw over a 4x5 round bale. Indestructible!!!! One of my mares destroyed my Tough-1 hay net with her razor sharp teeth. This one has held up no problem.

It’s eh
I like the design. I have used it maybe less than a week and my horses have created a hole already. The cheap off brand knotted ones lasted longer than this one. And I also didn’t get the free trailer net but whatever lol

Huge and soft
I had to return this product as the net was too big for my bales. But wanted to leave positive feedback that if you do have big round bales this would work. What I liked most was the strings were really soft. They give you a repair piece and a small hay net so you can repair as needed. I’ve used nylon, they all tear and get holes.

Too many holes to count
Pros: easy to put on bale. Minimal waste in first uses. Horses easily eat with it.Cons: it does NOT come with advertised small net. Within the first use, there were 2 holes. By the end of the 3rd use, there were too many holes to count, some were big enough to fit whole small square bale flakes through.Even with the many holes, there still isn't too much waste at the moment with my situation. But I'd consider this a waste of $120 dollars to get 3 or 4 uses out of it for 2 months. Just invest in a hay chix and save yourself the time...
