In looking for a new hand blender I felt fortunate to find this one.It’s easy to assemble, disassemble, clean and works great.I have used it to blend egg batter and emulsify salad dressing.This little thing is very powerful for its size and really chops whatever you set it to:sauces, soups, potatoes have been whipped, blended, chopped.The seller of this product was very quick to answer all questions.I am happy and very proud to own this one.Thank you!Well worth the money.

I’ve used (and still have) a wide variety of small choppers and mixers. I cook a lot and I love fresh garlic so I’ve been trying to find something that will chop AND mince garlic with having to continuously scrape the larger pieces off the wall or just back toward the blade. Finally, this one did it. I know the larger and expensive choppers do this well but I don’t want the hassle of dragging something large out of the pantry. Or taking up half a dishwasher rack with a big bowl. Also, I use a hand mixer more than my stand mixer, so this is perfect for my needs.The side view is 10-12 cloves of garlic after 2 or 3 quick pulses. The overhead view is minced after 3 or 4 more longer pulses.I never had to scrape, shake, shift, or whack my garlic back to the cutting area. All I did was pulse.I’ve had this thing for a day and I have already used the other attachments. The whisk is steady and works very well and the emulsifier smoothed out some THICK sausage red sauce in a snap.I’ll update this review if I have any issues, but as of now I LOVE this tool!

My dad mentioned wanting an immersion blender, but he leaves in a small apartment and didn’t want anything bulky. I bought this on a whim and he loves it - he said it is powerful, gets the job done, and is the perfect size.My dad is a professional cook who had to downsize his kitchen as he got older, so he knows what’s good kitchen equipment and what isn’t!

I am really glad I purchased this Immersion Blender. I have made several soups, shakes, and gravies. Clean up is super simple, and it isn't too bulky. The only reason I removed a star is that when I use the ballon whisk, the attachment comes off. I have not used the chopper yet but I look forward to trying it.

I had a Kitchen Aid stick blender for years and loved it . When it died I knew I had to replace it at once since I use it when making soups, smoothies, etc. Found this one online for an incredible price and with attachments. My old one did not have various attachments. Finding that I am using the mini food processor as much or more than the blender attachment. As a widow it is the perfect size for most of my needs so I have been using it more than my full sized food processor.Never heard of the brand before and it is not a well known brand it seems, but it does the job. I was afraid of a weak motor but so far, seems to be strong and what I need for the jobs I subject it to.

This is an amazing blender! When I opened the box, I thought there's no way this hand blender could make my morning smoothies and puree frozen fruit. But I was so wrong!The blades on this are very powerful and sharp. Be very careful washing it, I actually cut my hand on the blade when I was washing it prior to my first use.It has many features. It has a wisk, blending in a cup, or blending freehand. I was really surprised that it was able to puree frozen fruit on the low setting! But it's so powerful, I didn't want or need to kick it into high gear.I really like this blender so far, I have not gotten the chance to wisk yet. But if it can puree frozen fruit on the low setting it will surely wisk very well.

Great value. Great product. I bought this specifically to make hummus... when it arrived, I realized it is going to be so much more useful than that! I'm excited to start seeing what all I can use it for!!!

Great product and very handy, I only wished I had buy it before. Easy to clean and to use. Good power, I used for fruits and for harder stuff and they all worked well. I was wishing one hand blender for a long time and my husband thought it is something useless. After I got this and the mess on kitchen was so much smaller than cleaning the full blender he got happy I did.
