I ordered the size 2XL Suana Sweat vest. It was very comfortable and very effective. I have recommended the product to my 2 walking companions. It holds a lot of sweat-- I wore it against my skin without any discomfort. Actually since I am 2 years post back surgery I found that it also gave me some back support during my 6 mile walk this morning. It also did not roll up in the back or waist. It is light weight, dries and quickly. It was a little loose around my shoulder and back so I gave it to my walking buddy and ordered the black one a size smaller (see pic)‼️I would like to use the black one for under my scrubs at work and have one with fluorescent trim for walking outdoors. I am looking forward to trying more of these awesome products. Thanks for an awesome product‼️

Bought my first vest for the months leading up to my wedding five years ago. Helped me stay warm in the winter months while walking and hiking with my dog. With the calorie deficit and increased exercise, this vest helped me stay motivated and feel more confident in my exercise. It does make me sweat more for sure! Its fabric holds up really well, and the three clasps at the zipper help hold the sides in place as I zip it up and down. It covers me from just below the breast to right at my hip line. It stretches enough not to be too tight, but it's definitely snug, which is how I need it to be. The price is excellent! The material is thicker than a cotton t-shirt, but thinner than a bootleg. Washing after each use with a laundry sanitizer is my recommendation. My first vest, I ordered a Small (I was about 165 lbs. | 5' 7") This time I ordered a Large (I'm postpartum from my second child | 195 lbs | Sagging baby belly) This vest works well for the Postpartum Mommy or the Bride-To-Be looking to shed a few inches for the wedding. I ordered the medium and it fits me nice. I’m 5’7 180 pounds. The only complaint I have it the shoulder straps are loose. The product does have a smell to it, took a couple washes to get it out but I feel that’s just how that material is. I do recommend this for anyone wanting to get the best of a work out. It’s comfortable, and pulls everything in nicely. I did my research before I ordered. I feel this product runs big. I usually buy a size large shirt.

I rarely write reviews but I have to say this is an awesome sauna tank! It’s soft, comfortable, you barely know you have it on(aside from the sweating) I have been wearing it straight out the package since I got it yesterday! By no means is this a quick solution to weight loss but.. sweating off that extra little love handle is exactly what I needed!! I wish it came in an x- small but for reference I am 5’7” & 174lbs and a small still has room around my waist and stomach. I also love that my full torso is covered!!!! I wore jeans and I can tuck the tank in my jeans comfortably. And the tank does not roll up! I slept in it and it still has its shape! I plan on wearing it all the time because it’s the first time I’ve been comfortable enough in a “waist trainer” to do so. I’m gonna add coconut oil to get more of a sweat but even with nothing added, just a hula hoop workout for about 5 or 10min, I’m sweaty enough! Sitting still, I can feel the sweat! Awesome sauna tank!

The body trainer is ok, it makes you sweat but I don’t understand the design. I order size M and from hips to torso if fits ok but from the shoulders it is so lose that it looks like if it designed only for a gigantic person who upper body is longer and wider than normal the straps will fell off. It felt really uncomfortable to wear and it rolls up from hips to waist. I order Small, it will not fit from bottom but M it is huge from top. I had to return it. I’m not saying it doesn’t work at all but maybe it was mine that did not work as expected and according to reviews. I order two, first was delivered to the wrong address and I reorder the second one.

Price, comfort and performance have not disappointed with this product. I was not sure what to expect with this waist trainer as I have never used one before. I chose this particular one based solely on ratings. I have been so happy with it! I use it almost every day that it is clean! I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse, and I am super surprised at how comfortable it is to use during my long shifts. I don’t even remember that I have it on, until I get home and undress. It’s that comfortable. It does make me sweat a bit more around my waist area but that is one of the things this sauna waist trainer is supposed to do. And again I don’t realize how much I’ve sweated until I undress because it is contained to the area that is covered. I’ve slept in it several times as well and again, so comfortable. I’ve also used it during long walks and running. It stays in place and is still super comfortable. Even more comfortable than not because it gives support. I can’t wait to get another one so I have one to use while the other is being washed. Best of all my husband has commented several times how much he sees a significant difference in my waist area. I have not recently changed my eating or exercising so this is for sure solely based on the effects of this waist trainer. This is a big deal to me, because I am a mother of 5 and things aren’t the way they used to be! Why did I not have one of these years ago?!
