I was told taking 2mg of copper everyday will keep your hair from turning gray (it won't reverse gray hair though). I've been using it for close to three years. I'm almost 52 and I am staving off gray hair so far. Not sure if it's the copper or my genetics I have to thank but just in case it's the copper, I'm going to keep taking it!

Good product works well

Pills are hard for me to swallow but more my issue than the pills. Is in capsule form. Meet all the physicains recommendations. Have a bad taste while most of my pills have no taste. There were less expensive products available but the delivery would have taken longer. These were delivered earlier than expected.

If you take zinc supplements or use zinc based skin products which deplete your copper, leading to hair loss, then this supplement seems to get new hair growing again. Worth a try for a month or two until copper gets back in balance. Look up the Merck manual for metals and check with your doctor first.

Copper is hard to find on most drug stores, fast delivery and good price.
