I recently had knee surgery and need all the help I can get to build my knee back to what it was pre-injury. These vitamins really help relieve with joint pain/discomfort, and overall is aiding me in getting smooth mobility back in my knee. As our bodies get older, we need to keep our joints healthy, so I'll continue taking these even after my knee is fully recovered.

For some reason this works great for knee pain but not for the lower back. As a runner I’ve done a number on my knees and this is one of the only supplements that has worked for that pain. It’s really expensive (guessing because of the Frankincense aka Boswellia). Interesting that it doesn’t seem to have any effect on my lower back soreness. Must be the different cartilage/bursa. I’ve only been taking this supplement for two weeks, but I can already tell a difference in my joints. I’ve had issues with my knees and hips - especially after runs and hikes - for a while.
