So I have heard not only is this fantastic for adding flavor to foods but also as a tea for health benefits. So far I am using it in a tea for drinking and it seems to be quite tasty..

Directed Serving Not as Flavorful as I had hoped
It makes a mild tea. I am in my second week having a cold. Mainly got this as a detexto help purify my system. I can barely taste a green like flavor. Will continue to use this up, and will keep trying other hyssop. Maybe it is just a mild herb?

Less than 50% leaf matter.
93g leaves and 107g twigs. Add in over 2 hours for the separation and the cost over doubles. Maybe fine for tea, but not useful for cooking.

Quality product. Mixed with other tea leaves like eucalyptus is really tasty. I would buy it again.
