If you're trying to get more fiber in your life or are searching for a new high fiber cereal, this is it. I haven't been able to find it in stores lately so it's great being able to buy online. It's crunchy, it's tasty, and it will get you the fiber you need without the extreme bloating and gas I've experienced with other cereals marketed as high fiber (usually those have chicory which doesn't agree with many gastrointestinal systems). Super simple, very few ingredients (basically just rolled wheat berries and flax seed) that lends itself well to adding whatever else you want to it. My favorites are adding raisins and almonds. I've been a devoted Uncle Sam customer for 8 years now and I hope it brings you as much happiness as it has me.

This cereal is so good! Crispy and tasty, and good for you, too. I love it with almond milk or regular milk, or tossed into yogurt or salads. It satisfies my hunger without making me feel too full. It's especially good with fresh berries like blueberries and raspberries. High fiber & high protein, and a good natural source of omega-3.
