I thought I was buying low fat ground beef as it says in the description. Instead I got high fat ground beef that looks nothing like the photo. I just removed about 2/3 of a cup of fat from a pound of the beef. Unacceptable.

Very high quality ground beef, best used for burgers or hamburger steaks....I’ve never had so many compliments from the grill! A must buy if you are looking for a good burger!

The meat is skunked, big disappointment when you can’t wait to get it ! And will say a 3 hundred dollar package that is trash

Sirlion steaks were tough and very sinewy, cooked cast iron and on the grill , no difference. Hamburger meat was just OK for ground beef for tacos or casserole.
