Great reference for Job Seekers and Interviewers
When I was an HR Director, Kador's books were a standard part of my library. As a consultant, I still find good use for them. The Manager's Book of Questions is great on both sides of the desk: to train management staff in interviewing; and for candidates to brush up on what managers expect out of an interview. I highly recommend the book to both.

Excellent Resource
I picked up this book on a whim. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at what I found. As a manager, I have the responsiblity of interviewing people across different stages of their career. This book has proven to be an excellent resource to broaden the variety and depth of questions.

Perfect for the busy manager
An ideal book to have to hand when undertaking interviews, provides numerous sample questions and explanations to the different styles of questioning. A good buy.
