I have terrible acid reflux
I have terrible acid reflux. I have to follow a very strict diet that includes small portions frequently throughout today. A bite or two of overindulgence will cause me hours of discomfort. It took me a while to figure out how my own body worked with different medicines. When I incorporated this into my diet after meals I found relief from uncomfortable indigestion. It seemed to help my sluggish digestion along so I could get on with my day. Very glad I tried it, but I would not say it is an any way a cure for acid reflux sufferers but it definitely helps with symptoms when you are not being so good with your diet.

It works just fine for me, anymore specifics would be too graphic! Some reader would be uptight about the details no matter how delicately I worded them. Just try some, I know a lot of people have to try different ones before they settle on a brand. Knocked it outta the park on my first swing :-) Do your research, you know but some time in. Read reviews...check out the low stars.

Probiotics
This seems to be a great product, and most people are taking Probiotics. This is a product we take daily as well. Unfortunately for us, it is not created in our regular brand, but fortunately for others, we purchase from other brands.

Working great so far.
I've been taking this for about 10 days. I have IBS-C. The first two days I found myself really bloated (which I am most of the time anyway) but I have to admit the last 8 days I have been going regular and no stomach bloat at all. I just hope this continues.
