Quality product/many uses
Very happy with this purchase. I have used the basket with my multipot to make bone broth and steaming vegetables; used it on my stove top for making broth. I did remove the silicone cover on the handle (my preference) without a problem. Has held up well. An excellent addition to my cookware collection.

A dandy little helper
I bought an Electric Water Bath Canner. This is a great help. I fill it with water and bring it to a boil when getting ready to dehydrate veggies in my Excalibur dehydrator. I just put them into this basket, let them scald in the boiling water and then gently lift this basket into the adjacent sink to drain. The handle makes it o easy but, you need to wear a pot holder mitten to avoid burns from the steam. This is a great addition to my equipment. The right equipment makes it so easy. I also cook potatoes and pasta right in this basket in the water bath canner. Again, just lift it into the sink to drain. No messing with colanders or pouring out boiling water. So much safer.

Fits 6 qt Presto.
Fits my 6 qt Presto stove top pan like a glove. I have cooked assorted vegetables, eggs, chicken hearts & gizzards. I am well pleased with this purchase.

Works great
This steamer basket works great for our instapot. Very durable construction and I'm glad it comes with a handle to get it back out.

Works as expected
This fits perfectly in my 6Qt Instant Pot and it works well for potatoes and eggs. I like the fact that I can pull everything out at once and set the strainer in the sink (or a bowl of cold water for eggs instead of having to pull items out of the pot individually.

Great insert. Works great in my instant pot. Love how easy it is to remove, even when hot. Feet on the bottom allows veggies to steam w/o sitting in liquid.
