Utterly Disappointed!
Although the actuality product looked good it was not usable due to the face the spelling on the banner was incorrect and did not spell out “happy birthday” as it should, there were missing letters and instead duplicated other letters. Unfortunately it was to late for us to change it and it did ruin my daughters party decorations as we could not use it! such a shame, let down and waste of my money! if it would have been correct it would have looked great IF it were usable

Poor quality balloons. None of the stars inflated properly due to faulty seals. Were filled with helium and didn’t even float. We had other balloons used on the same helium that did float so not faulty helium tank!
