Longer than other reflective laces, but not too long - perfect for my Asics. Also, they are ribbed vertically, so the laces "catch" when you tie them and will not come untied while I'm running the way smooth laces always do. The only negative to this is that it was very difficult to get them on the shoes the first time around - very much worth the effort, however.In dim light, these appear fluorescent, and during night runs they are invisible until headlights hit them - then they reflect so well, it's like having a flashlight on each foot. I HIGHLY recommend these.

Super reflective for running in the dark. The 49 inch ones were a little longer than the laces that came with my running shoes, but they do not stretch at all, so they ended up being pretty much perfect once I had them laced up. They also stay securely tied. Love the color options too!

So far these are awesome. I got black, white, and blue to change up the laces in my vans and converse. The 55 length works up to the 5-6 holes on these shoes. To lace all the way up you'd need the next size up.
