Detailed Patterns & Beautiful Designs Adult Coloring Book (Sacred Mandala Designs and Patterns Coloring Books for Adults) Paperback – September 26, 2014

I love (most) of the designs in this book. The designs are curvy and organic, symmetrical and visually pleasing to the eye (at least to my eyes.)There are some designs that have very small areas to color, and these are probably best done with colored pencils This is the smaller version of coloring book, about 8 x 8. The pages are printed on only one side and the paper is moderately heavy, maybe 40 or 50 lb (but I don't know this for sure. Not as thick as cardstock, certainly).My only quibble is that I purchased three coloring books by this company - all have the same title, but different covers and different item numbers, however there are many duplicates among the three books Two are 8 x 8 and one is either 8 x 10 or 8.5 by 11 (I didn't measure - sorry). These are inexpensive enough that I'm not going to fuss too much, as the duplicates will allow me to try different color combinations, but I feel it's a little duplicitous for the company to issue the same designs with different covers.

Is a decent coloring book. Was actually a bit bigger than i pictured but the artistic teenager i gave it too really liked it.

Every page is the same design. Some larger pieces some small but all the same design. Don't waste your time.

I have given this one star because the paper is of fair quality and felt-tip pens don't leak through to the other side - which is blank anyway. There is one design in this book repeated 12 times in different sizes and angles. A further one repeated twice and then 6 more individual designs. Very poor but then I guess you get what you pay for. I shall be sticking with Millie Marotta and Johanna Basford in future - a lesson learned.

Limited use at night. OK to use during the day, but not HD quality. Menus very difficult to use

A slightly different colouring book. Lots of fun and plenty of kick-off points for developing your own designs.
