A good buy
The album was delivered in excellent condition and on time. It's great to get new singers once more on Vinyl, of course these are imported albums so rather expensive.Looking forward to having Indian pressings of international music once more happening in India.

Superb
The second solo album from Brandon Flowers (made in the downtime between "Battle Born" and "Wonderful Wonderful", this is a rich display of 10 songs, all of them catchy and fun and full of big sounds and enthusiasm. Since Flowers had a hand in writing all of them, you get the feeling some could quite easily have crossed into The Killers, but being on his own allows him to shift tones a big and it's all the better for it. Too difficult to pin down a favourite but the Bronski Beat inspired "I Can Change" and the beauty of "Lonely Town" are hard to beat.

Love it
If you're a fan of his band The Killers and are not of eclectic musical taste ( nothing wrong in that) then this is probably not for you. This album is more for those 80's & pop fans out there. Brandon clearly has some diversity in his musical repertoire. Some really catchy tunes. My only complaint is. I wish there were more tracks and it lasted longer

Favourite album of the year
To put it simply - I love this album, my favourite album of the year. I bought this album back in May but I'm only reviewing it now. When I bought it, it did not come out of the car stereo for months, it starts with a fanfare and it's totally justified. As a fan of The Killers, I'm going to have to say I prefer this solo album to The Killers. Favourite tracks; the opening track "Dreams Come True", track 6, "Lonely Town" and track 8, " Never Get You Right", great tracks and the rest aren't bad.

BRANDON NEVER FAILS TO PLEASE
Purchased this as a gift for friends - I bought it as soon as it was released so I know it is brilliant, as Brandon always is either with TheKillers or solo - after they came with me to their first Killers concert in Birmingham and loved them. No problem with delivery - it cameon the stated date.

The Desired Effect
Sunday afternoon ... fresh vinyl turning at 33 and a third ... gatefold sleeve with lyrics ...All in all a very very pleasurable 40 minutes, a great range of styles and sounds including a surprising Smalltown Boy sample that fits beautifully within I Can Change.A decent 4 star album from start to finish though , vs. the brilliance of Sam's Town, it's not an essential classic.
