All of the stripes look a variation of grey in the pictures but some are definitely purple, like others have said. I like purple so I’m still happy with it. It’s also nice a soft, especially the underside because it doesn’t have the ruffling.

I would rather have a zipper, but other than that, it's great. It does have ties. For people who think there are not ties, be sure you are looking on the inside for them. This is perfect now with a light insert and will be perfect alone in the hottest summer months to cover the sheets.

This duvet cover is comfy, and holds up very well with weekly washes. I bought for another bed as well.

Beautiful duvet cover. Depending on the light, the stripes are either soft shades of grey, or soft shades of "light-sea" blues and greens. It's gorgeous, very well made, high quality cotton seersucker (on the top) and very nice, soft cotton fabric (on the bottom). I love it! The pillow shams are lovely too!
