I wanted information about S-corps but he mixes and matches the S-corp and C-corp information so freely that it's hard to separate. In any event, he offers no tax or accounting expertise or insights other than some very general ideas about how things work. If you know nothing at all you will learn something, but anyone else will be as disappointed as I was. Now to find a book by an actual expert! This book was such a disappointment to me that I simply threw it away; I would not give to someone I consider a friend.
