I love this book! I found the explanation of the connection between the energy of the chakras and the associated psychological patterns of the archetypes to be very helpful in identifying blocks to my energy work. The book very clearly describes the role that archetypes play in our emotional development and gives exercises to use to identify both the positive and negative attribute of 7 common archetypes--with methods to use to move past the negative and free up the energy flow from each associated Chakra.

I’m so happy to see all the good reviews on here. I have read countless of self-help books, but this one is a real gem and has ideas that I keep coming back to. Every year this book resonates more and more with me. If you think that an archetype framework can work for you, I can’t recommend this book enough.

Good book and good explanation about the chakras. Can be seen from an application point of view as it is not just bookish information about the chakras but how one can use the knowledge practically. Can help to change lifestyle or approach towards things in daily life

Love this book and the deeper view of the chakras than just their color and location, would recommend!

Perfect for what I need it for! Very interesting and EASY read but also goes into depth. Provides meditations into the Archetypes and really gives you that "wow, thats me!" and want to work with your own Archetypes. A very informative book I would recommend to even non-spiritual people!

average book with very basic inforamtion on chakras- not really useful book imho

This is a great book. I read it years ago and find so much of it stuck in my mind. I used it for additional information when I ran courses on the chakras . It is one of the few books that relates chakra energy to everyday life experiences and the archetypes really fit.Thanks again Ambika, spot on.
