Horrible Customer Service and bad parts quality!
Jaaz claims 3 yrs warranty and what not. But they don't have a good service network. Being in Bangalore I've not been able to get proper service in last 2 yrs! Within 60 days of purchase my mixer broke. Within 1st year my diverter broke. service guy comes after 15 days of repeated calling and says I've to pay for all the parts. He says "hard water broke the diverter spring". Is this even believable? Now I've service guy says ₹450 for the diverter. After 15 days he says ₹550. Then the service guy who visited earlier says it costs ₹1100 and I've to pay for it as there's no warranty!Worst quality product and pathetic services. PLEASE DO NOT BUT JAAZ AND SPOIL YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND NEW HOME LIKE ME!

This product is very poor . Bithout pressure pump that is not functioning .Only westege of money .
