good plan for losing weight and feeling healthier
This diet is easy to follow if you have access to good supermarkets. It consists of 5 small meals a day and low GI food for preference. I have been following the plan for a month now and have lost 10lbs (I wasn't part of the original TV project). The really good part is the pareto rule which allows you to go off the plan for a percentage of the time making parties/evenings out/ the odd food craving ok so you don't get that 'Oh no, I've failed/ cheated' guilt trip,I've used it and still lost weight. It took me a while to get my head around the principles but the book does explain it quite well, I bought the 'Food Doctor Ultimate Diet' a while back and found that it was 1) stricter - although it does give a good detox and 2) less easy to understand. I found the Menu ideas in the everyday plan really helpful for planning the meals and the recipies very tasty and usually quick and easy to prepare and make. All in all I'm enjoying the plan, losing weight and fealing much healthier.

Fantastic book
A fantastic book and some great recipes which are also suitable for coeliacs. I have been following the food doctor principals loosely for 3 months and have really enjoyed his recipes which are low glycemic index and very healthy. I have lost 1 stone without even trying. I have now bought all the books in the range for more inspiration. His flat bread recipes are fantastic (gluten free).

Healthy Eating.
Bought this diet book years ago, followed the 'diet' successfully. Decided it was time to return to healthy eating, book couldn't be found so re-purchased. Still as relevant as ever, have drawn up menus based on the book. Would recommend to anyone wanting to eat in a healthy way.

Paid one penny, lost ten pounds (so far)
I had already seen a copy my daughter lent me, so I knew it was good. For one penny plus postage, I could not go wrong. In fact, my copy is in much better condition than my daughter's. This book seems to make a lot of sense and doesn't rely on 'faddy' diet foods and products. I have already lost 10 pounds. Delivery was swift.

Food Doctor Everyday Diet
I bought this copy for my daughter as I've had my own for some time now and she liked the look of the lots of the menus but is also interested in losing a bit of weight. It's a great way to eat sensibly, it doesn't cost the earth and the food is quick and easy to prepare. No long list of obscure ingredients.You stay full longer and food cravings are dramatically reduced. I'v,e been steadily losing weight without any of the usual hunger pangs and have thoroughly enjoyed so many of the recipes. Also, my husband has enjoyed them too. It's a change of eating habits, not a diet.
