My daughters favorite book
This is my 4 year old daughters new favorite book. After getting it from the library I purchased it for her because she was fascinated by every page. It does a great job describing parasites to young children and I recommend it to both children and adults. It’s both disgusting and very interesting.

Parasitologist approved!
As a parasitologist, I love this book. It is factual yet funny and my son from early on until even now at age 10, still loves this book. I gave a parasite demo to his class, and ordered these for those kids who wanted to know more. You don't have to like parasites, but if you want to learn a few things in a fun way, this is a great book!

Such a Great Book!!!
I happen to be a parasitologist and I love this book. I think that it is remains super FUN while being educational. I have bought it for several children (between the ages of 5 and 12) of friends of mine as well as nieces and nephews. The kids all get a huge kick out of this book and read it over and over and talk about it lots. This is one of those "fun for the whole family" books. I highly recomend it!

For when your preschooler demands "Tell me MORE about parasites!"
Impulse purchase, after we couldn't satisfy her insatiable curiosity about parasites. This fit the bill - and entertained us all far more than we'd expected.

My daughter loves it!
My 9-year-old daughter loves everything about animals, starting with dinosaurs when she was younger. When I got this book, I knew that this is too easy for a 9-year olds but since I could not find the similar books about parasites that are equally entertaining, I decided to get this for her. She loves it and now taking a bath is never an issue.

Five Stars
The good, the bad and the ugly. Fun way to teach 5th graders about parasites and microorganisms.

Adults will not be bored
Love this author and illustrator and have all their books which I enjoy perhaps even more than my 8 year old.

Fantastic!
If you know a child who is reluctant to wash their hands after going to the loo, this book could be life changing!Very enjoyable and informative from beginning to end: the life cycle details of tape worms was particularly appealing. Sparked lots of conversations with my 9-year old daughter. Would say that the upper age limit given on Amazon for this book (9) is low - the subject has wider appeal and older children would also learn from this.
