Only place to find these filters for a decent price. This system is. Not made anymore as far as I can find. So easy to install you dont even need to turn the water off. Lasts about six months with four people In the house

The North star filters & the membrane were as advertised.
What I didn't like was the fact that I was charged approximately $50.00 more than the advertised price for the North Star filters, the membrane & the shipping & taxes. I was not impressed!It was my understanding that if any changes were made to my order, including a price increase or handing my order off to another supplier, that my permission would be required. Instead, it appears that part of my order was handed to another supplier, delivery took 2 weeks & it cost me approximately $50.00 more than advertised. There was no indication as to how they arrived at the cost. There was just 1 amount on the package, which I assume covered the cost, shipping & tax. I am very disappointed in the way this matter was handled.
