Great value and works well
Facing the cancellation of so many activities this summer, we decided to make a list of must see movies that the kids hadn't yet seen. We figured it would be fun to do some of these outside. I decided I wanted an arrangement where we sat in the yard, with as large a screen as possible on the edge of the patio and the projector adjacent to the house providing rear projection. I started researching, and was looking at some DIY projects that used frosted shower curtains, as you can buy a curtain and a grommet kit cheaply. But then I saw a number of Asia-based sellers on Amazon with what appeared to be identical fabric screens for reasonable prices, but were mostly out of stock. This Akia screen seemed to be slightly different (not necessarily a good or bad thing, just an observation), was in stock, and less expensive as the others as well. At about the same price as a complete DIY approach with a shower curtain, this was worth a try. I built a frame from 1.5 inch PVC, and used the stretch cord loops with ball ends to secure the screen. I'm using an Epson projector that has a 3200 lumen output, and a native resolution of 1280x800. Because of the nature of the screen fabric, I suspect anyone who find their images to be too dim needs a higher lumen output. I have found I can start the movie at around the time of local sunset with good results, and the image improves with further darkness. The included photo was taken about 40 minutes after sunset, and provides a fair representation of the relative light levels. There are a few things to be aware of. Because the material is intended for projection from either side, it is very sheer. I discovered a couple of small holes that must have occurred while I was handling it. The good news is that the holes are not noticeable with video on the screen. The other issue I found is shown in the other photo. As I was stretching the screen, it appears that some runs developed in the fabric at the grommet. This doesn't cause any problem, but it also highlights how delicate this fabric is. In the end, I'm quite happy with the performance of this screen for outdoor use. Even if it is ready for replacement at the end of the season, I'll feel I got my money's worth, and will happily buy another one next year.

Let's talk about it
Okay let's talk about it wrinkle resistant I would say that that is a 3-star, The picture quality could be better but I will still give it a three-star because it could be my projector so we got to be fair. Brightness is very luminous I took a picture with the light on picture light off It could be better with the light on but again that could be my projector we got to be fair. Material quality I actually have no problem with that is a four star. Now the other four started I would give this particular projector screen for will be the size It is enormous! I haven't used the transparency thus far as that goes so I will update my review when I actually do. But I would like to say that it is worth the pain.

Surprised at the great quality and ease of use!
We just used this screen during our Memorial Day outdoor/backyard camp out with the kids and it was fantastic. I used bungee cords instead of the included hooks to secure it since I will be using it in more than one location and we were outdoors. The bungee cords were able to pull the screen tight enough and it had a great picture. The material is very very light and plenty of the light shines through to the other side which probably made the video less bright but none of us had any issues with it. The major problems I had is that I was under the impression it had a blue tooth but I was able to plug our fire stick into it and it worked beautifully. The sound was pretty crappy. Especially for an outdoor setting. We just found out computer speakers and plugged those in and then we had practically surround sound. And finally there is no legs or way to prop the projector to get the screen to the right height. So be prepared to use an object of your own. We just used a rolled up canvas but a small book or two would work too. Very pleased with this purchase. Great value for the price.

YES YES YES!!!
Was tempted to pay the big bucks for some official screens recommended by decorating sites (for rear projection of holiday scenes to house windows). So I was a little skeptical about these for the price, and that you got 2 screens plus mounting "hardware". But I am VERY pleasantly surprised! So easy to mount and it has no creases! And because it comes with 2 screens, I'm thinking about running a projection on a second window of my house.

A nice big screen but too thin - allows picture to bleed through
This is a great bargain - really it is not much more than a wrinkle-free sheet that has grommets in it for tying down. You should know that you will either need to build a frame for it or attach it to a wall or garage door since it pretty much is a stretchy sheet. But....it is a pretty nice, wrinkle-resistant sheet. I tie mine to my garage door and have "Covid Drive In" nights using my Epson Moviemate projector. The screen is also like a sheet in that it is not perfectly reflective like some of those indoor screens, I originally rated it 5-stars and after a few weeks of use, am downgrading it to 3 stars. The problem is that unless the screen is flat against a white surface, a lot of the light bleeds through and then reflects off everything behind it. This creates a double image, fuzziness in the image, etc. If you place it perfectly flat against a white wall, it is awesome. But even a gap of a couple of millimeters is enough to start seeing fuzzy double images. My favorite feature of the scree is that it folds up into a pretty small package, and the screen doesn't seem to wrinkle, so while this was a no-brainer replacement for the wrinkly bed sheet I was using prior to this, I now need to spend $ finding one that works all the time. Sigh.
