Beware of Heat Rating
These gloves are decent, but just know that if there is hot steam coming from the area you are using them in, they will NOT block the steam. Also, I believe it says they are rated up to 540 degrees (can't remember exactly), but whatever it says, it's not. I was roasting some veggies in the oven at 450, and when I pulled them out, the heat got to my hand rather quickly, within 3 seconds. These are decent if you're handling stuff at around 425 or lower, but if you need something for higher heat, I would look elsewhere.

The best hot surface handler
One of the best kitchen inventions to date in my opinion. Okay, maybe not the best, but it certainly is something that both I and my mom have in our kitchens and use daily and I am thankful for!I have never ever been a fan of typical oven mitts because frankly they're tight, they get gunky & gross, they don't wash up well at all,But These carefuny gloves are super flexible, super comfy, super safe (have saved my clumsy hands MANY times) and they wash up great! They also work great just to use as a trivet for smaller pots and pans when you're in a pinch.It is so convenient and the fact that it covers your whole hand is really awesome.and it ease of cleaning, it is machine and dryer safe. One time I stuck my hand in the glove with chocolate all over my hand (I had to get something out in a hurry and didn't realize my hands were goopy). When I washed it, the inside cleaned up perfectly. These always seem to come out looking new!Durability , they are thick enough that you don't feel the heat through them, yet flexible enough that it doesn't make it difficult to function in them.

Beyond super!!
Cannot imagine cooking without my Ov gloves!! They are beyond super. Highly recommend for anyone that does a lot of baking.

For someone with small hands
This glove is made for someone with small hands, I really have to struggle to get them over my hands, they stretch a certain amount but if you have large hands forget it.

Efficiency
I have arthritis in both hands and these gloves are a God send. They are easy to put on and take off. They are pliable. Unlike other I've tried that are stiff. I usually get burned often. Not once since I got these have I burned my fingers. Only thing I might do different, is make them a bit long.
