I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but figured since this item did not have any, I would, to warn people to not order. I followed all instructions & when turning on the hot steam, it has a beeping noise that should only go off when water is low. Well, it goes off anyways (as soon as you turn the hot steam on). When running the cold steam, it’s fine. I am a Cosmetologist so this isn’t my first steamer & I am trained to use these. I went out of my comfort zone when ordering this as it had no reviews but I was looking for a steamer that had hot/cold steam with a magnifying lamp & it’s hard to find all 3 in the same unit. They did accept my return request & sent return shipping labels. However, they were not prepaid labels & it would have cost me $180 to send a $188 item back. I have sent them another email to see if they could at least mail me another steamer that works & I am still waiting for reply. I will update this review if they remedy the situation.
