It has a wealth of knowledge for anyone so desires to teach concerning leadership.

My church held a leadership class based on this book. I found it very beneficial and informative. I would have given it 5 stars but some of the questions were geared toward very seasoned ministers.

I have this book in paperback and was thrilled it is now offered in e-book format. It's a great read and gives you food for thought about becoming a leader. For far too long, the plumbline of leadership has been on outward appearance, yet this book draws you back to the inclinations of the heart. Keep this book like a good friend; read it and ponder the message in its contents. This was the first book that really broke down the root meaning of lay, layity in a way that should make any believer cringe to know that there is no division of lay vs. clergy per se in the Bible, yet it is in our language and it is in the Church at large. This should not be!

I like the fact that it is brings the points together for proper understanding of biblical principles with easy to understand ways of applying the principles. It’s a great book for Church leaders and serious follower of Christ. Love it.
