Thankgod,, This time the quality was fine and Oats were not moist. Although, I could find 1 weed while cleaning oats as soon as I opened the packet. Rest everything was fine. Still, strict measures need to be taken inorder to avoid the breeding of weeds inorder to maintain the hygiene levels and most important, for the good Health of Budgies.
