As a hobby I like to grow various plants in my house. I've gone through various plant growing lamps and this one I can highly recommend. It provides a more even light than conventional white light lamps. Because of the type of light it produces and the energy output, I have noticed a reduced electric bill as well, which of course is a major benefit. The plants also seem to grow healthier and bloom more frequently. My setup is approximately a foot above the plants which mimics winter sunlight at noon. Definitely recommend buying this lamp and will buy it again if I decide to grow more plants or have more setups.

I have been using older LED panels a couple years and I got these the other day. I put the two I bought between the three I had and wow what a difference. All the tomatoes and peppers are straightening up already. I'm really pleased.UPDATE 2/28/19 My tomatoes are 18" tall and growing every day. These are great! I need more I hope they become available again.

It has five times the brightness of a 100W-equivalent LED bulb and very nice consistent coverage.Only thing to be aware of is it does get toasty on the backside. A cheap temperature probe left on top was showing at least 95°F in an air conditioned room.

Purchased 3 of these for my wife, she uses them for our plant room which is a little over 43 plants now. They put off a great amount of light with very little heat generation on the back. They are very thin with a separate power supply for each unit. I have them set up wirelessly on a remote timer and they have been great without issue so far.

Pretty decent lights for the price! Works great under cabinet/shelf. No issues so far!

If you have a lot of trees around your home and not enough sunlight, this is a great alternative way to still grow flowers and such indoors
