Cannot fault the service. Item delivered two days after order, on all three occasions as item is very small. Got there in the end. Ended up with a size 22. I am normally an 16-18....:)

I read previous reviews that said the sizing was small so I ordered the next size up to what I would have normally and it fitted perfect - so yes although I have said fits as expected, this is after taking previous reviewers advice- about the product, it's great, warm and quality is superb - thank you

Nice coat, good length - mid thigh on me (I'm 5 foot 6), and a good deep navy blue. The coat is padded but not stiff and it definitely has a bit of extra warmth for spring/autumn although in a cold winter a jumper beneath might be necessary. I went two sizes up to an 18 (I'm normally a UK 14) and actually the coat is slightly roomy - it's not really a problem as I want to be able to put a jumper under it, if necessary, and also there is some lacing at the back which can be used to make the coat a tighter fit. I wanted a comfortable, streamlined, reasonably warm coat that was about mid thigh length and this coat is great. The finish seems good and the delivery was extremely quick so I'm very happy.

I'm absolutely delighted with this jacket - the colour is more khaki than the photo but the finish is perfect. I am size 14 which fits perfect but if you were to wear a thick jumper or cardigan underneath I would order a size larger than usual.

I read most of the reviews regarding this coat and I took the plunge, so glad I did. I have a similar jacket and this one beats my old one hands down!. It's beautifully made and the sheer design features are second to none. I'm 5'8 tall and a size 16 and went a size up ( I have long arms and want to be able to wear a cardigan underneath). I'm tall and it covers me like a 3/4 coat which is exactly as I needed it to do. I missed out on my size as I took too long in ordering it originally but it all worked out in the end, it proved to be one the best purchases of the month. P.s as for the packaging yes it came in a flimsy plastic bag, so what ! as long as it's sealed! Thank you MSVASSA keep up the excellent work!

I like the fact that, it fitted as expected, regardless of what some people have written in their review that, you should order a size bigger than your normal size, for a perfect fit. I am size 20, which is 46; i ordered my normal size in the khaki and it fitted perfectly!. It arrived on time, it's light weight, neatly sewn, with adjustable rope at the back waist for a perfect silloutte. Here is my problem or question on this item, sometimes, i like to leave my Jacket open at the front, but i cannot do that with this as, the zips are connected to the Jacket, i wear it from my head like a dress instead of just hanging it on my back & slipping my hands into the sleeves.Is it designed to be worn from the head?... or the zips could go apart??

Very pleased with coat. Warm enough in the snow too. Comfortable. I got a size larger due to the fact that I will use it in winter. Allowance made for size for thick winter jumpers.Like colour. Would thoroughly recommend.

Love the coat! Read previous comments to go up in size so done just that. The coat is elegant, not heavy and over “puffy” which I like! 🤗 👍
