I purchased this item 3 times between 2018-2019. After that, I could never catch it when it was back in stock and that is why I will no longer use this product. When I was able to get it, the amount of focus I gained was wonderful! I took it twice per day, once in the morning with my coffee (before I left for work), and then again with my lunch (at the beginning of my lunch hour). The reason I took it in the morning before I left for work is by the time I got to work (it took about 45 minutes to 1 hour with traffic) the pill had kicked in and I felt focused and relaxed. The pill would start to wear off a bit by lunchtime (noon) which is why I took it again at the beginning of my lunch break. I was not jittery, I was not energized, I was just focused and I could get my work done with balanced emotions and a clear head. I knew what I needed to do and how to get it done. Working with over 100 patients per day who think their problems are because of you will make even the calmest person want to lose it, but with this pill, I could deal with each of them in the calmest, nicest, most understanding way possible. Le Sigh, I am going to miss this pill. If you find it in stock, buy it! Yeah, it is a bit expensive and that is a turn-off, but it delivers on its promises.

Focus IQ gives a boost in energy and throughout its use over the past week hasn't given me any energy crashes. The supplement is light enough that I can get a good nights rest after studying as some other supplements I've taken have kept me restless and jittery throughout the night. Helpful in the morning and nights.

No result or noticeable response from my body

I bought FOCUS IQ at the recommendation of a friend telling me how it has helped him with his daily work. I took one veggie capsule about an hour after breakfast and I’ll say that for me there was a noticeable difference in staying on task and less “daydreaming”. There was a subtle energy that didn’t just hit me but it made me feel more aware of things I needed to get done and helped me stay motivated to Accomplish the job at hand. This isn’t like a caffeine boost or an intense energy pill, it just helped me have more clarity throughout my day. I would recommend trying it out if you’re easily distracted at work or school. I can tell you that it’s been helping me!

Low quality supplement and way over priced.

The rush of energy provided by Focus is one that hits you consistently across the span of the day. It's physically noticeable in a pleasant way. I consumed Focus with my morning coffee and felt wide awake within the next 30 minutes to an hour. The rush lasted well into the afternoon and the "come down" was not disruptive but gradual and almost unnoticeable!
