I'm giving this a decent rating because the quality of the pieces are just like those of the more expensive brands out there who price at a dollar a piece. However, I find the pictures in this listing VERY misleading. The main picture shows TONS of magnetic pieces, with "102 pcs" stamped right on the image. It leads you to believe that you are getting 102 magnetic pieces, enough to get make all the images displayed. However, the reality is that you are getting less than 50 magnetic pieces, the rest is basically garbage that your kids will never use. If you really dig into the listing, you will find this info, however, upon first glance, you are lead to believe that you are getting 102 magnetic pieces for this price. I was very disappointed with that. The main image should show exactly what you get, not a combination of 3-5 additional sets to lure you to buy this one. However, the pieces you get are of good quality and blend in with the other more expensive sets we had previously purchased.

 This is a nice magnet tile set for fostering creative, imaginative play. The set comes in a handy drawstring bag; I appreciate that there was no extraneous packing to dispose of.The set includes 50 magnetic tiles of various shapes, wheels for building vehicles, components for constructing Ferris wheel creations, and letter and number tile inserts that can be snapped into the square magnetic pieces. There's also a manual with ideas on things that can be built with the set (of course kids can always build their own unique creations).I compared the magnetic tiles with pieces from a name brand set and found them to be very similar in size and construction. This set is about half the cost of the comparable name brand set so it is a good value from that perspective.

Let me just say right off that as a product, excluding other factors, I would give this toy 5 stars. My 12 year-old has already spent hours playing with this. She loves it. That being said, the following are the reasons why I gave it 4 stars overall-1. If you are wanting to give this as a gift, be aware that it comes in a tote-like bag, with the pieces in ziplock style bags. Not a very ‘present appropriate’ packaging in my opinion, but otherwise it does make it convenient for taking on the go.2. It comes with a small booklet that shows ideas of what to build, but has only a few detailed instructions on how to do so. My 12 year-old specifically said she wished it told her how to make some of the things pictured.These are really the only drawbacks I saw to this product. Overall, a very good product. It has provided hours of hands-on, thought-inspired play.

I will be giving this as a gift to one of my kids, so I did not put it all together but the colors are so nice, the shapes feel lightweight, but grab onto each other very easily. I would like to point out that the pieces refers to the amount total including the letter tiles, the wheels, the stand and the magnetic tiles. There is not a total of 102 tiles. Still, this is a great set for an inquiring child. My child loves to build, stack, and create. This toy will allow her to do so, while nourishing her mind and putting an emphasis on letters. I cannot wait for my kiddo to open this on holiday!

These are great magnets and my kids love them. I was a little disappointed that There were more letter and number inserts for the square magnets than there were magnets. Maybe this was listed in the details and I just overlooked it. Picture is misleading. I received enough magnets to make small things and the Ferris wheel no where near enough for the plane in the pic or most of the other ideas they list in the instructions. I did think I was getting a deal going for the 102 piece. Had I looked closer at the description I would have gone with the 60 piece that were all magnets. Still cute tho. Just don't need the letters and numbers as much considering I also got letters and Numbers for my fridge as a different gift.

Good magnetic toys for the price! My kids play with them for hours. Their favorite is the ferris wheel! The magnets are not quite as strong as the more expensive sets we have tried, but for the price, you can't beat it as the other sets are well over 100 dollars. The 102 set is counting some of the non magnetic pieces like the alphabets blocks. I look forward to expand this set so the kids can build even more things. I would purchase again, and would give as a gift as well.

Lots of vibrant colors to catch the eyes of small children. The blocks are durable but the magnets aren't the best so they aren't super strong. It comes with a drawstring bag for storage and it has a set of letter blocks and number blocks as well. This is a good toy to grow with the kids, no small parts so younger kids can build with the blocks and as they get older they can move on to the more advanced creations like cars, planes, and ferris wheels.

Great set for creative children. My kids always loved leggos but were stuck and limited on builds. This set blew that away. Magnetic blocks allow for 3D style building. They have built the ferris wheel so far. It is not cheap so it does not just fall over or fall apart while building. The magnets are decently strong and allow for great holding while continuing to build.
