My husband has a very hard-working labor job, and the one day I was with my mom's group and someone suggested this supplement. And of course you go on Amazon and there are a million different options to pick from, so I kind of went for a small amount and an inexpensive one, and so far he has been taking it for almost a month and we do notice increased energy which is good because he needs that for work. Can't really say if he has increased stamina, don't really notice a huge difference quite yet in that. But he is definitely going to try to keep taking it to see if that will start to boost up as well.
