This is an amazing air filter with an amazing warrantee. It runs 24/7. Does the job without ionization.

Instantly I can feel air is fresher. My wife has severe allergy to chemicals and this filter made her feel much better.

Seriously fresh air.PROS:top quality materials, filters, construction.serious air-washing w/ 18 pds carbon makes the air smell awesomely fresh.durable and easy to move around.CONS:R600 has gotten very expensive. The Health Pro Plus (I.Q. air) is a much better option near that price.Filters are so tight that it restricts airflow. Needs to move much more air to be worth its price tag.It's clunky to take apart and clean.CONCLUSION: The R600 is good for small rooms, like a small bedroom, or to control smells in one small part of a house. A a particle filter machine, there are many better, cheaper options, like the Sharp Plasmacluster, which is an Energy Star and which moves lots of air. Airpura needs to redesign this thing to have better airflow. It doesn't matter how long the filters last if they don't move any decent amount of air.

This unit has an 18 lb. donut of activated charcoal that cleans toxins from the air in new construction. On medium, its output is equivalent to a good box fan and it could be used as a fan in a room. Well worth the investment.

great air purifier, love the black color. used this for cleaning up so called zero voc paint fumes. works great and we keep it on all the time and it has made our indoor air quality just amazing.

Works great but has a issue with removing strong fish smells.
